Nat Tourny Venue selection

Hallo
Can someone please inform me how the Venues for Nat Youth or Senior matches is decided.
Is it only clubs in the First Division that get to host, or is it a different criteria?

I'm pretty sure all international sides have the chance to earn prestige (bidding points) in every competitive match. Bidding points are earned within a certain time period to be used to place a bid to host the tour in their respective division.

that is to select which countries hosting the tour. it is the top 10/15 ranked clubs in SOD in that country that host during the tour. more venues for a wc with two groups worth games.
