I think it is something we can discuss, we hope that the 5 tier leagues for all countries will eventually fill enough to have leagues for the other countries, it is probably a little way away just yet.
We are doing a few things to try to attract more people to the game; google ads, emails to past managers etc
We have only had the keys 6 mths and it will take some time to turn the boat around after years of rudderless wanderings

Could you start a kind of survey why people chose to join certain countries or why they want to stay? I am interested about that. Is it the time the matches are played? Or are people connected to countries?

No reason you couldn't start a poll in the forums yourself

How does high fatigue levels affect players performances in a game?


How would it affect a captain say with satisfactory going into a game?

tbh I haven't checked the % levels for this yet
I do recall Ash saying the first few levels are minor before increasing after that
I will check later today and come up with a response

Youth trng happens 3 mins before the slated time, games are calculate 6 mins later so No Yt20 ftg doesn't come into it
