Bowling & tech: outstanding-exceptional (depending on where abouts in age they fall)
Fielding: Bare minimum for the younger ones is reasonable but prefer accomp/expert
Endurance: Minimum reasonable but prefer higher
Experience: minimum capable for younger ones, will need to be higher if they are older

Talents: would like but not fussy

not fussy whether its a WS or FS either
