Boom! OldChelmsfordian from outta nowhere with a huge statement!

The good news is Rilee is a superstar! no wrong answers training wise.

I'm curious what other managers think! The discord has way more talented managers than me.

It pains me to say this, but I was thinking to advise making Rilee an opening batsmen. Put fielding to reliable then manage the bat / tech gap, as endurance will definitely pop to reasonable without fitness training, maybe even Capable.

But a wristy with a talent maybe too good to turn down, the new upgraded Saturday Langdon!

Guess it is up to what the club needs, unless a more experienced manager has any other thoughts!

No doubt he’s a bat. Starts far too much back to be anything else. As Espan suggested train fielding to reliable (or accomplished) and then just bat/bat tech training. If your academy is high enough he would definitely make nats

Cheers for the advice both! I really have no right to complain, but part of me wanted him to be a better bowler! A wristy with that talent would be amazing.

Alas - he'll almost certainly just be a batsman, which I really shouldn't complain about!
