Greetings one and all,

At last I meet you with all privileges in place just a couple of days before the tour due to technical issues.

Firstly - I need some assistants, anyone with enthusiasm and at least 3 seasons of experience please message me and we can have a discussion

Secondly - There will be VERY FEW instances of training discussions with managers other than the odd suggestion and of course advice to those who want to know how to train.

Thirdly - We know what a good player looks like, there are no minimum requirements and having looked at the squad we are a little short in some areas and need to cut the cloth accordingly.

My Thanks in advance to you all :thumbsup

Season 32 - Tour1 vs. Ireland U19
Furious! - :x A collapse on the same scale as England in the 80's
An adequate containing bowling display followed by an awesome opening stand of 124.
After 29 Overs we are 25 runs up in comparision, two wickets lost, in the bag! just bat out till the end...... :doh

So into game 2....

What level is your Youth Academy?

I would suggest fielding to average at least, then get bowling tech to the same level as bowling.

It is improbable to make this forum active mate. I have been trying since a long now but just failed to make Pakistani forums active.

To make the forums active, the NAT and U19 managers and assistants have to start posting on a regular basis.
Then you need a core group of managers to join in those efforts, so that we can get some small banter going.

Unfortunately Pakistani forums have become inactive due to all our regular posters leaving the game and not many people have replaced them in forum activity.

Just look at the free competition I had set up, it had been running well for 4-5 consecutive seasons, but this season it had to be scrapped because we did not have enough active people, and no one wanted to help me out with organizing and sponsoring.
