Improvement: Squad page
A number of changes have been made to the squad page.
1. The various words used to describe skill levels have been abbreviated to save space
2. Nationality flags are now displayed for each player
3. The squad number has been allocated its own column. Managers can now sort by squad number OR player name.
4. Bowler type is now displayed on the squad page
5. You can now assign a 'role' to each player (batsman, bowler, allrounder, wicketkeeper) and a relevent role icon is displayed on the squad page. As with every other column, you can sort by role. Roles can be assigned to players via the "Notes/Role/Squad #" link on the player details page.
Squad numbers, bowler type display and role icons are Pavilion Members features that have been made available to everyone for a short time.
Bugfix: Nominating for a minor nation
When version 64 was implemented, I forgot to run a script that enabled managers to nominate for a minor nation NAT position
